Lector / Eucharist Minister

If you have a desire to serve the Lord during the Mass Service, below are two opportunities and with a little bit of guidance and training you can become a Lector or Eucharist Minister or both! 

Lector

Lectors serve the Lord during Mass by proclaiming the word of God for the congregation, which requires anyone who attends Mass regularly.

Eucharist Minister

Catholics who attend Mass regularly and receive the sacraments, particularly Reconciliation and Communion are eligible to serve as Eucharist Ministers during Mass to help Father distribute the Body or Blood of Christ to the congregation.

Lector / Eucharist Minister schedules are posted in the Bulletins which are also online.  The Sacristy room will have both the Current week and Next Week schedules.
